As a husband and father of 5 children, we decided to make a major career change after years of growing and building. I realized that my true passion lies in making genuine connections with people. Found that transitioning into a role that could allow us to meet clients face to face instead of relying solely on email communication has been a blessing. This change has been uplifting for our company, as we now enjoy providing personalized, in-person communication that permits us to see a project through from start to finish.

Outside of work
Outside of work, Marshall enjoys spending time going on small trips with the family, coaching the kiddos next game, helping his wife on their farm and just spending quality time with family members.
